Monitor implementation of digital marketing strategies performance across various channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, including the budget.
Analyze campaign performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), etc., and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, targeting parameters, etc.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve campaign performance.
Collect and maintain data models, from various sources such as databases, spreadsheets, bitrix.
Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate findings to management.
Develop and execute pre-event marketing campaigns to drive attendance, including email marketing, social media, and direct mail.
Plan and coordinate the company’s participation in tradeshows, including booth design, logistics, and staffing.
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
Experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Bitrix).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance.
Ability to adapt quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel for events or tradeshow, including staying overnight when necessary.
